bygar1k ("we", "us", or "our") builds macOS applications including Swift CSV Editor, EXIF Viewer – Photo Metadata, Submittal Studio – PDF Builder, and SnapRename. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our apps and website.
Our apps are designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data or the contents of files you open or edit. All data processing happens locally on your device. This includes image files and their metadata processed by EXIF Viewer – Photo Metadata, and PDF files merged or assembled using Submittal Studio – PDF Builder.

If you purchase any of our apps through the Mac App Store, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs any data collected during the purchase process.
Our website at bygar1k.com is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information as part of their infrastructure services. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts on our website.
If you contact us by email, we will use your email address only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing lists or share your contact information with third parties.
